Labor Relations Coordinator

Under the general direction of the Employee Relations Officer (Staff Services Manager I (Supervisory)/Supervisor I), the Labor Relations Analyst (Labor Coordinator) is responsible for technical labor relations staff work. The Labor Coordinator advises and assists managers and supervisors in the interpretation and application of labor agreements, codes, and laws. The Labor Coordinator investigates grievances and complaints and develops suggested responses. You will serve as the hospital designee at labor/management meetings, coordinate with Department of State Hospitals Labor Relations and other state hospital labor relations staff. The Labor Coordinator responds to inquires form employees regarding labor/management relations and hospital policies, procedures, and practices.
