Under the direction of the Supervisor I in the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services (DHHS) Section, the Analyst II independently performs complex analytical and contract management work in support of district American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting and captioning services. This requires a strong understanding of ASL interpreting and captioning service models, industry standards, and accessibility requirements to effectively support service delivery and contract oversight.
