Analyst I - RTW Pre-Employment Coordinator

The permanent, full time Analyst I - Return to Work (RTW) Pre-Employment Coordinator will be directed by the Supervisor I (RTW Manager) in the Human Resources - RTW Office at the Department of State Hospitals – Atascadero (ASH). The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties, but not limited to: Responsible in overseeing the pre-employment medical contract and examination process for all civil service and contract applicants. Works with medical provider to ensure contract requirements are fulfilled and DSH-A is provided with adequate and timely services. Reviews Duty Statements, Job Duty Analysis, CalHR Specifications, Special Orders, and other relevant laws, rules, and policies to determine appropriate pre-employment medical examination requirements for DSH-A applicants.
