Equipment Mechanic II

This recruitment will be used to fill vacancies in the Fleet Services Department. T hose hired into a vacant Equipment Mechanic II position with Fleet Services on or before 12/31/26 will receive a $2000 sign-on bonus, payable upon the successful completion of Initial Regular Probation (IRP). Additionally, all hourly employees assigned to work 2nd or 3rd shift within Fleet Services will receive a 2.5% shift incentive premium (applied to the employee's base hourly rate), in addition to the City of Mesa's Shift Differential pay.
