Operations Manager-Parking

This position Operations Manager-Parking is located in the Operations division of the Nashville Department of Transportation & Multimodal Infrastructure (NDOT) to oversee the day-to-day operations, administration, financial activities, planning, and continuous improvement of the City's municipal parking program. The Operations Manager will play a key leadership role in managing parking facilities, parking meters, collections, operational program policies and procedures, maintenance coordination, public inquiries, and regulatory compliance. The position will conduct and oversee parking and traffic studies, analyze operational data, prepare reports and recommendations, and serve as a liaison between NDOT, the Traffic and Parking Commission, Metro Council, City staff, and the public. The Department of Transportation and Multimodal Infrastructure delivers a range of services, and the nearly 400 employees work around the clock to ensure a multimodal system that offers choice and better connects neighborhoods, residents, businesses and visitors to the place that they need and want to go to in a safe manner. These employees are responsible for over 2,200 miles of public roadways and right
