Program Specialist (HR Liaison)

This position is located in Region 8. The ideal candidate is an experienced Federal HR practitioner and generalist in the execution of actions governed by Title V of the Code of Federal Regulations, and has notable experience analyzing workforce information, coordinating personnel actions, and advising management on moderate-to-complex personnel issues across the full spectrum of human capital initiatives to include hiring, position classification and employee relations.

Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service.
