Registered Nurse - Assistant Nurse Manager-Perioperative

The Non-Supervisory Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) supports the Nurse Manager (NM) in overseeing operations of a nursing Perioperative Unit-patient care area. Fosters team development, ensures compliance with standards of clinical practice, and serves as a key liaison between staff and leadership. This role combines clinical knowledge with leadership responsibilities and is often considered part of the succession plan for future NM positions, providing opportunities to develop management skills.

Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency.
