This position focuses on providing comprehensive psychiatric care and leading treatment planning for patients at Clarks Summit State Hospital. The role supports patient progress, clinical coordination, and safe hospital operations. As a Staff Psychiatrist, you will perform the following duties: Patient Evaluation: Conduct detailed psychiatric examinations, establish diagnoses, and guide treatment decisions Treatment Planning: Develop individualized plans, lead team meetings, and coordinate interdisciplinary input Emergency Response: Manage psychiatric and medical emergencies, direct interventions, and ensure safe resol
