As a County Social Services Aide 3, you will perform the following duties: Family Support: Assist families with childcare, home management, and locating community resources Assessment Activities: Observe family needs and strengths and share findings with the worker to support service planning Home Visits: Meet with families and agency staff to review tasks, responsibilities, and time frames Relationship Building: Develop suppo
