Psychologist Supervisor

This position is responsible for the overall administration and supervision of the Psychological Services Unit at FLCI and for the development, administration, supervision and coordination of all psychological services programs within the facility. This position supervises the Psychological Services Unit staff; develops staff development programs and provides training; provides direct services to offenders; provides consultation to institution administration and staff; administers the psychological services program to provide support services and ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines and program standards; and also manages an Affirmative Action Plan and Health and Safety program within assigned responsibility areas.
