Teacher - Production Baking

This position will develop and implement a program of professional educational services in Production Baking to persons in our care (students) in order to meet their assessed individual academic and/or vocational needs. This instructor will provide instruction in the area of baking to include estimating and ordering supplies, quantity baking, production scheduling, equipment operation, recipe conversion, inventory control, quality control, sanitation and safety and portion control. This position will also complete all required documentation of student assessment / progress and other reporting requirements in a timely manner, monitor and manage student behavior, attend staffings and meetings. This teacher will provide training to others and engage in specialized instruction and projects upon request. This position ultimately requires a Bachelor’s degree and any candidate hired without one
