Resident Care Supervisor

As an RCS, you will be responsible for:Supervising, coaching and developing the skills of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) of all levels. Participating in the development and daily implementation of Active Treatment Plans for residents. Coaching staff in the implementation of treatment programs designed by an interdisciplinary treatment team, monitoring residents' progress, and participating as a member in the team planning and review process. Selected candidate must obtain and maintain CNA licensure within one year of entering this position.We are looking for individuals that can multi-task the dynamic workload at SWC.
