The Food and Beverage Assistant supports the vision of the Wisconsin Historical Society by assisting guests with food and beverage needs during daily operation and during private/ticketed events at multiple locations across site at Old World Wisconsin. The Food and Beverage Assistant reports to the Food and Beverage Manager.Duties:Provide friendly sales assistance at all food service sales stations and all dining areas.Present menus, and answer questions about menu items, providing accurate information.Serve food and beverages located at sales stations including ice cream, bottled beverages and baked goods.
