Facilities Repair Worker- Advanced

The Facilities Repair Worker- Advanced (FRW- Advanced) works under the general supervision of the Building and Grounds Supervisor, Area 4. This position performs interior and exterior building, facility, and grounds maintenance and repairs. Tasks will include the inspection, analysis, installation, adjustment, modification, repair, corrective maintenance, replacement, and preventative maintenance work of Building Components (i.e. walls, flooring, ceilings, doors, locks and lock hardware, roofing, skylights, masonry, painting, patching, windows and window glazing, replacement of lights, lamps, and ballasts, repair of furniture / furnishings, etc.), Paved Surfaces (sidewalks, roadways, parking areas, aircraft parking apron, other cement and asphalt surfaces, spillways, etc.), and Various Safety Systems & Equipment.
