Customer Service Revenue Agent - Front Counter

This position has primary responsibility for providing in-person assistance to customers, processing payments, balancing cash registers and educating taxpayers. This position answers questions about individual income tax, sales tax, employer withholding, related tax credits, and working with customers who owe back taxes or statewide debt.To see the full list of duties view the position description.
