As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the following duties:Using the nursing process to implement nursing interventions in basic and complex patient situations in both a clinic environment and specialty care unit. Completing daily nursing assessments.Activating medically approved protocols.Responding to medical and/or psychiatric emergencies.Administering medications.Working closely with physicians in the provision of medical and psychiatric care.Planning and implementing medication teaching, promoting health, and preparing patients for medical procedures. At a minimum, you’ll need the following:Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin. This includes graduate nurses within 3 months of graduation.
