Operational Quality Manager

This position serves as a professional program staff person responsible for bureau program analysis and planning, including the use of technology and performance metrics to improve business operations, systems, etc. The position will play a significant role in decision making within the assigned scope of responsibility; an in-depth understanding of bureau programs and operations is needed. In addition, the position will serve as the operational quality manager for the bureau, with duties related to: coordinating bureau program evaluations, developing and implementing a process/procedure auditing programs, development and maintenance of the bureau’s SharePoint site, and maintenance of the bureau’s quality management plan/quality assurance project plan.
