Labor Compliance Analyst

Under direction of the Labor Compliance Manager, a Staff Services Manager I (SSM I), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst is responsible for development and implementation of statewide contract and labor compliance programs. Duties include, performing audits and investigations, reviewing violation cases for legal sufficiency and adherence to due process requirements and updating and maintaining manual and guides. The incumbent will also develop and write procedures and analyze and recommend solutions to labor compliance and construction related issues. Other responsibilities include providing accurate and timely guidance on Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE), Small Business (SB), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), American Disability Act (ADA), and subcontractor substitution and prompt payment practices and issues in the construct
