Assistant Division Chief, Industrial Strategies Division

The California Air Resources Board’s (CARB), Industrial Strategies Division (ISD) is seeking a dedicated, experienced professional to serve as Assistant Division Chief (ADC), working under the general direction of the Division Chief (DC). The ADC will assist in planning, organizing, and directing the activities of ISD; will advise the DC on program and administrative policy matters relating to division responsibilities; and will work with the DC and Executive Office to strategically plan current and expanding program work. The ADC assists provides direction and decision-making for programs; coordinates the activities of the division with those of other divisions and the Executive Office; assists in determining division policies and procedures; obtains, monitors, and allocates available budget
