Deputy Director, Legislative Affairs

About the Role As the Deputy Director of Legislative Affairs, you will be responsible for developing and managing Cradle-to-Career’s legislative programs. This includes: Leading C2C’s legislative strategy and communicating our work to members and their staff Analyzing proposed statute, regulations, and policy and drafting language when requested Advising C2C’s Executive Team on federal, state, or local legislative initiatives that could impact C2C’s programs Representing C2C at external meetings, including with the Legislature and in hearings before legislative committees We are looking for a leader who is excited to build something new with a small, entrepreneurial team.
