Case Processing Analyst

Under the direction of the Supervisor I, the analyst performs work requiring knowledge of background check processes and program requirements. The analyst applies analytical skills and program knowledge to efficiently manage and process background check applications. This position involves handling a full caseload, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, in compliance with regulations, and within established timelines, while consistently delivering high-quality results. Applicants with knowledge of CCLD licensing laws, regulations and procedures, background check case management system, Licensing Information System (LIS), and the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and other common software programs are highly desirable and will be given priority consideration.
