Strategic Planning Coordinator

Under general direction of the Business Excellence Section Manager, the Analyst Ill independently coordinates the Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) strategic planning activities. The incumbent works with managers and staff at all levels of the organization to coordinate, maintain, monitor, and report on the DCSS Strategic Plan and Annual Business Plan. The Analyst Ill ensures strategic objectives, timelines, and progress indicators are well-defined, consistently documented, and aligned with department-wide priorities. Responsibilities include preparing clear progress summaries, supporting leadership planning meetings, validating data, and creating tools to track strategic goals.
