Paralegal - Health Quality Enforcement Senior Legal Analyst

Under the supervision of a Supervising Deputy Attorney General , and the Senior Assistant Attorney General, Health Quality Enforcement Section (HQE), legal analysts in HQE provide a high level of varied, complex and analytical legal work in administrative, state and federal courts litigation for a team of deputy attorneys general. Legal analysts are additionally responsible for assigned legal work on behalf of the section. They manage cases and issues on behalf of health care oversight agency clients, including disciplinary actions against health care professional licensees, independently and/or under the direction of Deputy Attorneys General who shall accept full responsibility for the tasks performed .
