Bilingual Loan Technician

THIS IS A BILINGUAL POSITION. CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BILINGUAL-SPANISH FLUENCY EXAMINATION. Under supervision of the Housing Finance Officer (Single Family), the Management Services Technician performs a variety of duties related to the servicing of CalHFA subordinate loans and reconveyances to support the operations of the Single Family Loan Administration Unit.
