Labor Relations Analyst

Under general direction and supervision of the Warden, the Labor Relations Analyst investigates grievances and prepares recommended second level Employee Grievance responses for review, modifications and/or approval of the Warden or designee. The position also requires the incumbent to perform analytical staff work relating to arbitrations, labor negotiations and issues related to employee labor relations and other labor issues traditionally monitored by the Warden. The Labor Relations Analyst will also act as a liaison between management and labor unions.
