Engineering Supervisor

This position will be responsible for providing technical leadership and oversight for our most complex infrastructure initiatives, including supervising Water System project engineers; proving technical guidance on wastewater treatment process engineering, regulatory advocacy, complex construction issues, risk management and dispute resolution; and serving as the technical lead for the design and construction of water reclamation facility expansions. Manages, directs, and evaluates assigned staff. Develops and oversees employee work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and control; compiles and reviews timesheets; processes employee concerns and problems and counsels or disciplines as appropriate; assists with or completes employee performance appraisals; directs work; and acts as a liaison between employees and management; and trains staff in operations, policies, and procedures.
