Court Research and Data Analyst

The Court Research and Data Analyst will be responsible for several duties related to quality assurance, performance measurement, data analysis, program evaluation, and general research activities. The incumbent will play a crucial role in expanding the 19 th Judicial Circuit Courts ability to implement evidence-based practices (EBP), develop data-driven solutions to existing problems. Hours of Work Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Establish research and evaluation priorities and generate proposals to execute these projects. Conduct reviews of department programs to understand program goals and objectives, theories of change, and fidelity to best practices/EBPs. Conduct evaluations of department programs to establish effectiveness at achieving desired goals and objectives. Develop and conduct surveys of court personnel and external stakeholders and then analyze and present results to variety of internal and external audiences. Implement protocols to collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support current and future reporting requirements, programs, and projects.
