FUEL TANK PROGRAM ANALYST

Support Facilities Section’s mission to maintain departmental structures and property, ensuring compliance with state and federal codes and regulations in order to provide the highest level of safety, service and security to our employees and the public. Under the direction of a Facilities Section manager, the Analyst II is responsible for independently managing the Department's Fuel Tank Program and serve as the liaison with regulatory agencies to ensure departmental compliance with state and county rules and regulations regarding fuel tanks. Develop and submit complete contract packages, including justifications, specific scopes of work, and associated required documents. Process invoices, attend bid walks, pre-construction meetings, on-going construction meetings, project development, oversight and tracking of repair and maintenance projects. Research project costs, provide estimates
