The Long Beach VA Health Care System is recruiting for (2) Social Workers for VA Long Beach and Santa Ana VA Clinic. The incumbent functions as the Case Manager for the Housing and Urban Development and VA Supportive Housing program (HUD-VASH). The program falls within the Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Programs under Social Work Service. Will be responsible for coordination of case management services for Veterans receiving housing provided through HUD Section 8 voucher system. | Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
