About the Position: Serves as the Employee Relations/Labor Relations Branch Chief performing operational assignments in Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA). CHRA is responsible for operational HR effectiveness worldwide to include establishing and maintaining standards and measurements, total quality management, organizational development and workforce utilization for the Army's delivery of civilian personnel administrative services. | Who May Apply: Only applicants who meet one of the employment authority categories below are eligible to apply for this job.
