Job Description The IT Systems Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily tickets for support and maintenance of all public safety applications, day-to-day operations for applications, and field support. This position will also, review the team’s daily time activity reporting/workload forecasting, and support and manage critical public safety CAD/RMS environments for public safety. Essential Duties Supervises Public Safety IT staff and oversees daily team operations, priorities, and service delivery. Oversees the support, administration, availability, and performance of mission-critical Public Safety systems, including CAD, RMS, mobile applications, databases, and related technologies. Oversees service desk activities, incident response, system maintenance, and technical support to ensure timely and effective resolution of operational issues. Leads and coordinates small- and large-scale Public Safety technology projects, system implementations, upgrades, and related initiatives.
