Applications will be accepted from: All Persons Interested Division/Section: Transportation and Drainage Operations/Bridge Maintenance Reporting Location: 2701 Dalton Workdays & Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6:30am – 5:00pm, *Subject to change DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS This individual will plan, coordinate, and direct the activities of field maintenance crews within the operations for the Bridge Maintenance Section. Responsibilities include ensuring that staff have the necessary supplies and properly functioning equipment to complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely. The role involves analyzing and resolving issues related to personnel, equipment, and operations, as well as recommending and implementing changes to improve overall efficiency. This position will create work orders for all tasks performed by direct reports, review each work order for accuracy and completeness, and ensure minimal errors. All relevant data must be accurately entered into the Infrastructure Management System (IMS), with daily tracking and closure of completed work orders.
