Responsible for installation, operation, testing, and maintenance of routers, layer 2/3 switches, 802.11 and other network infrastructure equipment as assigned. Requires technical knowledge in performing analysis of software, hardware, and transmission facilities using various diagnostic tools in support of efficient network operations. Participate in a weekly 24/7 on call rotation to troubleshoot and repair and restore network connectivity to customers as needed. IT Professional – Infrastructure will be required to perform medium networking skills with minimal supervision and in accordance with published standards.
