Applications Accepted From: All Persons Interested Service Line/Section: Houston Water/Infrastructure & Development Services Reporting Location: 1002 Washington Ave, 3rd Floor Workdays & Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. *Subject to change DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS This position is part of Houston Public Works Engineering, in the Infrastructure and Development Services section, reporting location to the Houston Permitting Center. The position involves architectural and civil utility plan reviews to support the building permit process and the review of Wastewater Capacity Reservation (WCR) applications. The position will prepare Wastewater Capacity Reservation letters to include all associated impact fees owed in compliance with the Code of Ordinances and State Laws and Regulations. The ideal candidate will review all water and sewer permitting services, consult with architects, engineers, contractors, and the public on their preliminary plan design, and WCR applications.
