Are you a collaborative project manager with a strong technical background? Are you passionate about the implementation of innovative and sustainable stormwater capital projects to improve watershed health, stormwater quality, and reduce flooding? We are seeking an experienced project manager to manage major stormwater capital improvement projects in the county and serve as a mentor to other team members. The Stormwater Planning Division is a nationally recognized team committed to improving sustainability and resiliency by equitably reducing flood risk and improving stormwater management and the water quality of approximately 400 square miles of local watersheds and the Chesapeake Bay. Under the general supervision of the section chief, serves as a project manager providing complete supervision, project management, and contract negotiation, resulting in the design of assigned storm drainage, flood control, water quality, Pro-Rata and restoration projects and programs within established schedules and budgets. Is responsible for the proper management of all projects assigned. Requires engineering experience, knowledge of local, state, and federal codes and regulations to manage mult
