This position plays a critical role in ensuring financial and audit compliance across the agency's rental housing, loan, and bond portfolios. Key responsibilities include the following: Manages financial and audit compliance across the entire rental housing property portfolio, loan portfolio, and bond portfolio. This includes identifying compliance issues, coordinating resolutions, and ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. Reviews regular reporting and maintain compliance tracking tools to monitor organizational compliance and support reporting obligations. Coordinates with leadership on recommendations and corrective actions. Leads quality assurance activities, including random sample-based reviews of monthly reports, audit files, and corrective action plans
