$10,000 Sign-on Bonus This is an exciting opportunity to join the CSB Entry, Assessment, and Referral Services team providing comprehensive behavioral health nursing care to individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. Licensed Practical Nurse appointees will deliver therapeutic nursing and behavioral health interventions under the supervision of a registered nurse. Appointees will serve as members of a nursing team and a multidisciplinary treatment team and will provide support and education regarding medical issues to non-medical team members. They provide support and education regarding medical issues to non-medical team members, perform health screenings, conduct point-of-care testing, support the integration of behavioral and physical health, and document all services provided using an electronic health record. Schedule and location: The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday and may include evening and/or weekend hours, depending on the needs of the site. This position is based at the Sharon Bulova Center for Community Health, located at 8221 Willow Oaks Corporate Drive, Fairfax, VA. Here are some of the benefits CS
