ABOUT THIS POSITION: Under direct supervision, provides professional analytic and technical work, analysis, data management and research related to services provided as a member of the Virginia Insurance Counseling and Assistance Program (VICAP) Unit. Measures and analyzes indicators of performance in accordance with VICAP, Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act (MIPPA), Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP), and any other requirements under the VICAP unit. Exercises independent judgment and expertise in the application of knowledge of agency and community services and related policies and procedures regarding Medicare and Dual Eligibility Medicaid.
