Please note: The salary range above represents this position’s earning potential. The anticipated hiring range for this position will be Grade N29: $101,622 - $165,323; Grade 27: $93,653 - $150,953; Grade 25: $85,937 - $137,653, based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience. The work in this position will be accomplished through the performance of building studies, facility project planning, design, and construction using contractual A/E Services and Construction contractors. Generally, projects will be funded using the County’s Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) funding available to OES/DGS.
