Please note: The salary range above represents the earning potential for this position. The anticipated hiring range for this position will be $97,540 to $157,520, based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The MCDOT Division of Parking Management is looking for a Capital Project Manager with a professional background, managing complex capital improvement projects, including planning, design, construction, completion, acceptance and close-out. Typically, the Supervisor and the Capital Projects Manager develop a mutually acceptable plan that, upon approval, the Capital Projects Manager carries out independently within a framework of regular reporting and review.
