Hiring Range: $ 53,272.00 -$60,486.00 Hours: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm Position devoted to maintaining and repairing City property, to include facilities, equipment and infrastructure systems through the performance of semi-skilled and skilled labor and technical work. Incumbents perform a broad range of technical work, ranging from routine to specialized skilled labor, technical repairs of primarily plumbing, electrical, and HVAC equipment. Incumbents may be required to respond to emergencies and/or natural disasters or weather events. Decision-making includes how and when tasks are carried out within an operational process, limited by the selection of the process and establishment of deadlines and outcomes. Incumbent will be required to be on call several times each year.
