The Contract and Compliance Board Executive Director (General Services Division Manager) serves as the principal administrative advisor to the Contract and Compliance Board, providing executive leadership and operational support to the Board by coordinating its activities, facilitating effective governance, and ensuring the Board carries out its responsibilities in accordance with its establishing ordinance, applicable laws, and accepted parliamentary procedures. The Executive Director also serves as the primary liaison between the Board, Metro departments, Metro Legal, contractors, consultants, and the public to support informed decision-making and the implementation of Board actions. This position is responsible for meeting, evaluating, and monitoring compliance with construction contracts related to construction activities on projects by the Metropolitan Government and performing related duties as required.
