Location: Remote/Hybrid Must be willing to intern 10-20 hours a week Intern Responsibilities / Projects: Disaggregate and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from training evaluations and surveys. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for program improvement. Develop data visualizations, dashboards, charts, and summary reports for stakeholders. Assist in designing and implementing evaluation plans and data collection strategies. Support the development of evaluative capacity-building resources, including tools, guides, and training materials. Conduct literature reviews on evaluation methods and best practices. Assist with survey development, administration, and analysis. Help monitor program outcomes using established evaluation frameworks. Pre
