This position implements policy, procedure, and evidence-based best practices in conjunction with patient treatment plans to create a safe and therapeutic environment for staff and patients. Due to these expectations, the position requires strong knowledge, skills, and abilities related to identifying risk of patient aggression, preventative/pre-emptive intervention, crisis response, and leadership to implement a team approach for aggression prevention for patients.
