Days are busy with development, testing, reports, manuals, and publications for a variety of e-file customers. You will work closely with software companies to test their various e-file products supported within their software programs. This position ensures Treasury and National guidelines are followed, provides excellent customer service, and builds and maintains strong customer relationships. Technical working knowledge of Michigan Fiduciary and/or Individual Income Taxes; writing and editing documents and manuals; collecting, analyzing, and organizing data; communicating effectively with the public; and maintaining favorable public relations are all qualities that will help you succeed in this position.
