The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB)supports the business operations of state agencies through a variety of services including Information Technology project delivery, maintenance and support. This position is with the Agency Services area of DTMB Agency Services supporting the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) and the Center for Educational Performance and Information (CEPI). We are looking for a person who understands the value of public service and wants to help us meet the needs of our citizens and someone who embraces diversity. Above all, we are looking for someone that is passionate about information technology and customer support. This person needs to be an excellent communicator, meaning you can effectively make oral and written reports, presentations and prepare clear and concise documentation. You need to have a team-oriented mindset and be capable of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients and matrix support teams.
